High temperature High pressure water MTC
The mould temperature control system is used to maintain a constant temperature using water as a medium. High temperature water returns to the machine and then the pressure are pumped to the heaters. After the heating process, water will be forced to continue the process, if the temperature is very high; the system activates the solenoid to let the cooling water cool down the temperature directly, until the water is down to the system requirement.
The mold temperature control system is suitable for extrusion forming equipment, rubber forming equipment, reaction kettles, and dies for precise plastic molding.
Arcuchi high temperature, high pressure water MTC controllers are small in size with attractive design and also it is easy to move i.e. mounted on wheels.
