Powder Auto Loader

Powder auto loaders in this series adopt vacuum suction, capable of transporting general particles and powders (with a diameter larger than one micron) from storage into subject equipment. The loaders could be used for molding or forming machine, mixing system and chemical processing equipment, completely saving labour costs and being the ideal environmental choice for powder conveying.

The system comprises of suction hopper of powder & floor type vacuum loader with patented vortex cyclone and air filter double pieces.

This machine can convey powder and granules into the hopper automatically. It is made of stainless steel which makes the plastic materials to avoid the pollution. The machine is applicable for all types of plastic materials including soft chlorine, calcium carbonate and color granules mixed with oil.
