The main purpose of the Standard Separate Vaccum Hopper Loader is to transfer plastic materials from a storage area to a hopper dryer with the use high vacuum pressure.
As our hopper loader has the facilities for overloading protection which helps to ensure the material loading level. It employs with high efficient vacuum blower to produce a vacuum to the plastic material and then the plastic material will be fed into the material hopper by air pressure. 700G equipped with high-speed rectifier motor with good size and strong suction force which is suitable for new materials. 800G/800G2 with Induction high-pressure pump which produces low noise and long service time.800G and 800G2 are designed with auto-reverse cleaning devices.
