High temperature High pressure Oil MTC
The mould temperature control system is used to maintain a constant temperature using oil as a medium. High temperature, oil returns to the machine and then the pressures are pumped to the heaters. After the heating process, oil will be forced to continue the process, if the temperature is very high; the system activates the solenoid valve to let the cooling oil cool down the temperature directly until the oil is down to the system requirement.
The mold temperature control system is suitable for extrusion forming equipment, rubber forming equipment, reaction kettles, and dies for precise plastic molding.
